Our Team

Heather Merrill Proctor, APRN is a pediatric nurse practitioner with a strong commitment to providing exceptional, family-centered care. She graduated in 2014 from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and has since been delivering high-quality care to patients and families. She enjoys all aspects of primary care and finds great fulfillment in caring for children from infancy through young adulthood.
While much of Heather’s experience comes from working in traditional insurance-based practices, she is thrilled to offer Direct Primary Care to her community—the same community where she was raised. This model reflects the values that inspired her to pursue a career in healthcare from the beginning: prioritizing patient relationships, respecting families’ time, and providing accessible, personalized care. Heather values building lasting relationships with families and being a trusted partner in their children’s health and well-being. Outside of the office, Heather enjoys traveling, music, art, and spending time with her husband, four sons, and two black labs.

Over the years, Heather has been honored with multiple awards from the Best of the Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley, including recognition as Best Pediatric Provider and Best Pediatric Nurse.
